Granna and Pops planned a special treat on the last day of our trip.....Sea World!! Ella was so excited to see Shamu! She did make sure that "there is a glass between us right?"
All the way to Sea World it rained on us. Ella sang "Rain, rain, go away. Come again another day" several times. Unbelievable.....it stopped raining when we arrived at the park, and then started again as we were in the car leaving. Unbelievable!!
Ella loved the shows!
Ella cracked up at the Clyde and Simore show.
Pops bought food to feed the ducks.
We stopped for a lunch break under the shade. We were so glad that the clouds were out. It was hot hot, but at least there was a little break from the sun.
Ella loved the Sesame Street show.
Next up.....rides!
No hands!!
I knew Ella was not going to like this next ride, but she insisted we ride it. At first, it was ok. Then it started going faster and spinning. She did NOT like it.
Ahhh, the carousel. Nice and safe.
We headed over to feed the dolphins next. While waiting for feeding time, we took a look at the stingrays and sharks.
Ella wasn't too sure about the dolphins. She decided that looking and not touching was just fine.
This was Pops' first time to feed or touch a dolphin.
Ella crashed out in her stroller for a nice nap.
While she was napping, we went to watch the ski show. Totally amazing!
After nap time, happy girl was ready to go again.
It was time to see Shamu!
It was Takara's 21st bday! The whole stadium sang to her and watched her eat her birthday cake made of fish.
We had an amazing trip and made lots of memories. Thanks to Granna and Pops for taking us on a fun vacation!!
