Finally, the last post of the Susan G. Komen 3 Day! Sorry for the delay!
“Some angels have wings, and some have tennis shoes.” Loved this quote I saw on a t-shirt. Team Hope Chest was thrilled to have raised $12,590.50 to help with research in finding a cure for breast cancer!
Our 3rd day took us through the beautiful neighborhoods of Highland Park.

Lunch was only about 2 miles from the finish. Team Hope Chest relaxed for a bit and then walked the rest together.

Our families were such amazing supporters! Thank you to everyone who donated and made it possible for me to walk. It is one incredible experience and I feel blessed to be able to do it.
