Labor Day weekend at the lake was fabulous.
It started with a morning family walk.
The first day was a little cool and a little windy.
We did a little fishing....
....with success!
We ended our fun family day with a fire on an island and made yummy s'mores!
The next morning was beautiful and we were excited for some friends to come up and play with us!
Pops, Granna and the Willoughby family joined us at the lake.
The kids decided they would try jumping off the top of Miss Molly. We couldn't believe Ella did it. It's pretty high up!

The Willoughbys brought their skier up for Ella to try. We have been wanting to buy one for Ella, but we weren't sure if she would like it or not. She loved it!!! She was the first one on and went on it without seeing anyone else do it first. Cory and I LOVE to ski so this just warmed our hearts and made us smile!

We laughed at Ella giving the thumbs up sign telling us she wanted to go faster.
Ella, Pops and Granna took a break to play with play-doh. Play-doh jewelry is the best. Pops even joined in on the jewelry wearing.....anything for his Ella girl!
And we did more skiing!
I love how she would wave at people we passed.
We were up and at 'em the next morning. These are my two favorite drivers!
Ella couldn't wait to get back on the ski.

Kristi, Shane, Austin and Aiden came up for a day of play too!
We love having friends come up to play with us at the lake. It is definitely our favorite place to spend the holidays!
